Information and enquiries
Contact Ben at mf@motofoto.be for enquiries or privacy requests. The form sends your enquiry to Netlify Forms, which processes and stores it for Ben. Notifications are delivered to mf@motofoto.be, hosted by Combell. The form collects your name, email, optional phone and the details relevant to your chosen service. Alternatively, email Ben directly. Please do not send sensitive information.
Photography and customer records
When you contact Ben directly, relevant information can include your name, contact details, motorcycle, requested service, event and photograph references, correspondence and purchased images. Enquiries and bookings are handled to take steps at your request and perform the agreed contract; required invoices and records are kept to meet legal obligations. Identifiable photographs are personal data. Any promotional use needs an appropriate legal basis and applicable image permissions. There is no automated profiling or decision-making.
Storage, hosting and recipients
The site remembers your chosen language in this browser using local storage; you can remove it through your browser’s site-data settings. No analytics, advertising trackers or embedded social feeds are added by MOTO FOTO. Netlify may process technical connection data, including IP address and request information, to host and secure the site. Relevant suppliers may process data needed to provide agreed services. Provider locations, international-transfer safeguards and specific retention periods remain to be documented. No customer archive or permanent download availability is promised.
Your privacy rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Email mf@motofoto.be. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority at autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
Photographs and publication
Photographs and the MOTO FOTO identity are protected by intellectual-property rights. A photo purchase does not transfer copyright or give MOTO FOTO permission to publish your portrait. Personal sharing, printing and any commercial use must follow the licence agreed with your order. Ask before commercial reuse or redistribution of other riders’ photographs. Public portfolio images and client deliveries are separate; purchasing photos is not a promotional release.
Bookings, prices and delivery
An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Scope, final price including applicable taxes and agreed extras, payment, delivery, image count, licence, weather arrangements and cancellation terms must be confirmed in writing before purchase. Intégrale covers the available individual rider gallery; around 40 photos is an indication, not a guaranteed minimum. Full Send, extra-image checkout, gift certificates, merchandise and instant downloads are not currently sold through this site. GTE riding registrations belong to GTE; MOTO FOTO photo purchases are separate unless the particular event agreement says otherwise.
Consumer rights and future online sales
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Distance contracts generally carry a 14-day withdrawal right, subject to the applicable statutory exceptions. Immediate digital delivery does not automatically remove that right: the required express agreement, acknowledgement and confirmation must be obtained before delivery. Applicable withdrawal information, complaint contact and complete sales terms will be supplied before any online checkout opens.
